Techniques for Change delivered Consulting Skills training with participants achieving CMI Consultancy qualifications

The Quality Team at Qatar Petroleum asked Techniques for Change to train them in Consulting Skills and help them achieve professional consultancy qualifications. TFC delivered the training in stages in Qatar taking participants through a programme of study which led them to achieve a CMI Consulting qualification.
