CMI Level 7 Certificate in Professional Consulting

Overview

This Postgraduate level qualification can increase a consultant’s marketability with clients and employers by demonstrating competence in the role of a professional consultant. The syllabus reflects the knowledge and understanding that gives consultants the proven ability to deliver real value on real projects for real clients. The qualification is designed for internal or external Consultants who want to develop their strategic skills within consulting.

How do I achieve the Level 7 Certificate in Professional Consulting?

After participating on our Consulting Skills course you can gain the Certificate by completing two written assignments, each of 4,000 - 4,500 words.  The two assignments are:

Unit 722 – Practice of professional consulting
Unit 726 - Delivering client requirements through professional consulting

Our course provides a practical toolkit for both internal and external consultants delivering the knowledge that you require in order to complete the Certificate assignment in addition to many other key skills required of a Consultant. To support your self study, TFC provides feedback and guidance on draft assignments for a period of up to two years. In addition resources are available from the Chartered Management Institute and Institute of Consulting.
