- after participating on our five-day internal consultancy foundation course you will become eligible to register for the certificate
- your learning is assessed via completion of a short written paper which is set and assessed by the Institute examining each of the learning objectives
- you receive full coaching support from Techniques for Change until submission of your assignment to the Institute

diploma in management consultancy
- a number of core syllabus modules, co-coaching, guided study, maintenance of a Personal Development Portfolio and work based exploratory learning activities
- candidates will receive the guidance of a Techniques for Change advisor
- a range of assessment methods will test a candidate’s achievement of the learning outcomes demonstrating their understanding of the skills and knowledge
- there are arrangements for accreditation of prior learning
