The Certificate is for people considering a move into the profession from a functional discipline, or for an introduction to consultancy skills and knowledge. It covers areas such as the consultancy cycle, communication for consultants and effective project delivery. The qualification will provide recognition of professional skills and identify people as qualified practitioners.
After participating on our five-day Consultancy Skills Course learning will be assessed by completing a short written assignment. The registration period for completion is 12 months during which candidates receive full support from Techniques for Change.

Certificate Assignment Writing Workshop
Once registered to complete the qualification, as busy professionals candidates may find it difficult to find the time to prepare their assignment so we run focused workshops where assignments are written in one day. Candidates will be guided through each question and their work will be critiqued with supportive coaching during the day. Candidates will leave the event with either a draft or completed assignment.
