The APMP qualification course is an intensive five days focusing on the techniques and soft-skills necessary to effectively deliver projects. It addresses a breadth of knowledge in all areas of project management, from strategic and commercial implications, to the technical, organisational, and people management skills required to participate effectively within a project team.

Employers are increasingly recognising and looking for qualifications such as APMP to demonstrate that individuals have a broad knowledge of the concepts and techniques of project management with an internationally recognised qualification.

Ideally candidates should be working in a project focused environment and have a solid project management background with related experience.

Pre-course activity
Candidates will be required to complete approximately 15 - 20 hours of guided study in advance of the course.

Additional work
Some evening study will be required to ensure full coverage of the APMP syllabus.
