In late 2005 our Executive Board identified the key behaviours our managers required to enable us to achieve our strategic objectives. We identified a need for a practical management training programme. We set the aim of our Leading Change Programme as developing the core skills to equip our managers to meet the challenges they face in the future.
We surveyed the market place but quickly selected Techniques for Change because we liked their thorough and practical approach. Kris, the lead consultant from Techniques for Change, spent time with us to understand the need and our special context and rapidly helped us to formulate and launch a comprehensive programme in early 2006:
