In 2005, Marie Curie Cancer Care (MCCC) identified the need for a practical management training programme that would ensure their managers had the skills they required to move the charity forward and meet their strategic objectives. A ‘blended’ learning solution was required to develop the performance and flexibility across the supervisor population within BAE Systems, Military Air Solutions. A robust and collaborative design and development phase ensured the programme would develop consistent knowledge, skills and understanding across the population.
